Santa Claus is Coming To Town

We went to Sea World today and Lyza got to see Santa! She was so excited and we talked all about how she was going to sit on his lap and smile, and then she froze up. It took us quite a while to get even the smallest of smiles. It was pretty cute. Then we went to Santa's workshop and built these little gingerbread houses. The kids all got goggles and little aprons and had mini hammers to make their houses with. Next we went and saw Christmas With Elmo!! It was a little show with all the Sesame Street characters who were teaching Abby Cadabby about what Christmas is. Lyza loved this! Finally we headed to the 4D theater to watch The Polar Express. It was only about 20 minutes, but the seats buzzed when the train was crashing, they spit out air that smelled (or was suppose to smell) like hot chocolate, and at the end made it snow (which was actually soap bubbles). It was a fun day, beautiful and warm until the sun went down, and now we are headed for bed.

Oh, that first picture is such a great pose! I love it. And it is always great to see a big, tall daddy making a little, tiny gingerbread house. Good job Halvys!

I like that first pose, too. It has staying power. But they're all wonderful. And that Santa looks pretty fancy schmancy !
