Lyza Jo started her birthday the night before by getting out of bed and coming in to see us decorating for her big day! It's all about the balloons baby. For her birthday breakfast we went to Macey's and got donuts and chocolate milk. Yes, I am the best mom ever. Then we came home and opened some presents and played hard all day. That night GnG Halverson came over for dinner and a party. We had jello cake with strawberries on top. Lyza had tons of fun and had a hard time going to bed knowing her new fun toys were just in the other room.

Yah, they make cooler toys now than when I was little. I think I enjoyed putting them together almost as much as she enjoys playing with them. Can't wait for Christmas!
It's lunchtime in junior high and I forgot my Lean Cuisine. But I got some quarters in my pocket and a Coke machine down the hall, so I think my next move is obvious. I'll be right back for some of that jello cake with the strawberries on top.
