Pop-pop and Natalie invited us over for a BBQ today and we had a great time. Everyone except the dog, Libby.

As it turns out Pop-pop had a treat for Elyza, he pulled out the blocks that all us kids played with when we were little. These blocks were purchased by my mother from East Germany back when the wall was still up. Rumor has it that she also smuggled out four East Germans inside two giant feather quilts (I think they call them fedder deckers, but I have no idea).
Here is the tower that Tom built.
